FAQS
What is the turn around for arrangements ordered for delivery?
All orders place before 5pm will be delivered the following day. Delivery time windows vary but if you have a specific time when you would like the flowers to be delivered we will do our very best to honor it. Please provide the point of contact for delivery as well as their phone number and confirmation that someone will be present to accept the flowers upon our arrival.
Can I customize an arrangement?
Yes absolutely! Just shoot us a message along with your order with anything specific you have in mind. We love to know favorite colors, favorite movies, even favorite fashion icons! Always endlessly inspiring. We will do our very best to honor all custom requests but please bear in mind we must work within the parameters of seasonal availability and some flowers may not be in season. But we will do our best to find something as similar as possible to whatever your heart desires!
Where is your delivery area?
We can accommodate any and all orders with the Greater Los Angeles area. We are happy to deliver outside of this area but bear in mind we may need a little extra lead time and there may be additional associated delivery fees, just contact us and we’d love to make it happen!
Do you do weddings and events?
Absolutely! Please reach out to hello@poppysueblooms.com to discuss your special day!
Why foam free?
Sustainability in our designs is extremely important to us. Floral foam is a non biodegradable plastic material and is harmful to the environment when disposed. We are always endeavoring to create as little harmful waste as possible when designing.
